I just love baking! I really WISH i enjoyed cooking as much as I did baking but i have a strange aversion to handling meat, although I will if I need to. I love to bake but I am kind of a health nut at the same time, kind of an oxymoron, haha. That's why I usually dont like to eat everything I make, usually just a couple bites and then I give the rest away and hope people like it! I almost always sub in olive oil or canola oil for butter when I bake as well, i find that it results in the same texture but maybe a less rich taste.
