about me

In my world a recipe is a guideline to cooking and can be altered to suit one's taste.
I collect cookbooks for a hobby and have made at least one recipe from each one.
And i am not that other Smurf.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are any entrees with any sauce. I'm most noted for my pot roast and cherry topped cheesecake (I myself seldom eat desserts) but, I can't share it because I do it from memory and don't have a recipe. I often having a crowd over for cookouts.(weather permitting)
