Hello!
I'm Kelly from Toronto, I'm a communications designer, and cooking and baking just a serious hobby...
I cook healthy and you'll find a majority of my recipes are high fiber, high protein and low sugar.
At the moment... Soup, for a long time now, soup; healthy, warm, comforting beautiful soup. I love making soup, I love how it looks and all the ingredients that create this perfect bowl of nutrition and warmth.
Soup can be for any and all occasions, from breakfast soup, to a filling and hearty lunch soup, a dinner, an appetizer, and even a cold berry dessert soup.
My favorite part about the whole soup concept though, has to be using seasonal ingredients, because a really good bowl of soup is relevant and compliments the season, the environment, and the circumstances in which it is to be served.
However, in the end no matter where or what your doing, nothing beats a bowl of your favorite soup.
Also, Cilantro olive sourdough bread.
