I am a mother, student, breastfeeding counselor, Reiki practitioner and work in a group home. My family of three lives in North Carolina, near the mountains that I love. I enjoy cooking, reading, yoga, learning, traveling, and of course, spending time with my family.

Favorite Foods:

It would be easier to list the foods that I dislike: peas. lol Seriously, I LOVE to eat.

I am into nutrition and eating healthy. I love veggies and grains, but also love meats and sweets.

I love ethnic foods of all varieties and trying anything new and different. I've always cooked fancy food, but am now starting to become interested in southern home cooking.
