I'd be the first to admit that I'm a terrible cook - no talent and no real patience. But I like to try new recipes and appreciate the family friendly style of Recipezaar. After living in the Middle East and Europe for several years, I like any sort of exotic, spicy, or demanding cuisine - the stinkier and hotter the better! Now that we're settled in Texas, I like searching for the perfect guacamole recipe.
