cooking for my family is a passion of mine..i wish i had more time to do it. my husband is vegan and my kids (one of them has a peanut allergy) and i are vegetarian so i'm always looking for new ways to cook tofu.
tofu, broccoli, pastas, mexican, vegetarian sushi...really anything that doesnt include animal products. my specialty is country fried tofu...and yes, its sooo good!
