about me

Recently returned to Alaska after 13 years in the Pacific NW. Married for 14 years to an incredibly tolerant and generous man, we honeymooned onboard our houseboat ("Queen Vic") from Washington to Alaska, and boating is a favorite activity.

We are now busy with our two bright and beautiful daughters, ages 7 and 2, both of whom I hope will learn that cooking is exciting, rewarding and lots of fun.

Latin and Asian quisines
Fresh seafood
Just about any roasted vegetable
Anything lemon
Anything with berries

Some of my favorite recipes have come from the Silver Palate cookbooks and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
