about me

I'm pretty much of a novice cook, but one of my goals for 2007 is to become a decent cook. I love to cook for family and friends, but time is an issue so easy meals with simple ingredients work best for me. I hope that my cooking will be able to bring people together for socilizing and great conversation. I think the dinner table can be a pretty cool place! Baking is my first love and I started with cookies as a kid, and continue to love that. I love to bake bread when I have the time, and hope to be better with meat at the end of the year!
