I live in Nova Scotia & am retired from healthcare. We are lucky here as we have several universities catering to an international clientele & a major seaport that gives us access to an incredible variety of fresh ingredients from around the globe. I've been in love with cooking & food since I was a child. My wife loves having her own chef.
