about me

I am a Resource Teacher in a public high school. I work with teens that have learning difficulties. I love my job and I love working with teens.

My late father was a wonderful pastry chef and I have learned quite a lot by watching him and from the tips he gave me over the years. How I loved to watch him magically put together a magnificent wedding cake or create something beautiful out of chocolate.

Favorite Foods:

I love sweets and baked goods.

I also love Lebanese, Marrocan and Indian food.
