I live a very peaceful, stress free life caring for my elderly Aunt and Uncle. I enjoy cooking their meals and am so happy to find this sight to add nutrition and variety! They enjoy rating these new recipes and wonder what other surprizes I might come up with. This is just plain fun, exciting, and a good break from the news!

Favorite Foods:

I think Rice Chex breakfast cereal is my constant, reliable back up when I don't know what else to eat. I think the brocolli salad I make is probably my best recipe. It has a unique taste that you just want more!
When I go to a restaurant I usually first look to see if they have swedish pancakes or
strawberry waffles. I also like sourdough jack at Jack in the Box!
