about me

My name is Hayley, I'm 15 and live in the Northumberland area. I am currently a student in my last year of my GCSE's and I intend to go to college to study Photography and English lit/lang, as I'd love to be a photographer or a writer.

I love to travel and learn about different cultures, and because food is such a huge aspect of each country's culture and traditions, that got me interested in cooking. (Along with my family's keen interest in Italian and Indian dishes)

Favorite Foods:

My favourite dishes to cook are pasta dishes, because Italian food is my favourite. I also enjoy cooking seafood dishes (Especially seafood pasta!).

My favourite restaurants which are local to Newcastle would be F&B's, Uno's, Ask and San Lorenzo's. Which are all really nice Italian restaurants in the Newcastle and Gosforth area!
