I the happy mother of a three year old, I get to be a stay at home mom. Cooking is a huge part of my life. I mostly am looking for low sodium, low fat recipes that are still tasty. I also scrapbook like crazy.

I love comfort foods or light and refreshing. I am not a big chocolate person but I love fruits and veggies. I like low salt in everything I can and I will try anything once.
