Hello, and welcome to my recipe collection online! I was born & raised in the Mennonite faith all of my life. I married a wonderful man whose parents are Amish. Together we have a very rich food heritage from both of our parents- much of which has been passed down through the generations - and I'm happy to share some of these recipes here with you! (including canning & freezing recipes) Hope you enjoy them! Check back often to see my latest additions!

I have to admit that some of my favorite dishes are still the Mennonite/Amish dish(es) we were raised w/ here in Lancaster County.

I also ADORE Italian foods, Mexican foods, some Chinese...SO - we're always up to a challenge to try new foods! We're having a great time here on Recipezaar.
