Mother of three sons and married 41 years to a great guy. Grandmother of 4 beautiful kids.
I love to replicate some of the wonderful foods we have eaten in restaurants. Cooking these days is just for my husband and I so we end up eating out alot! Our favorite restaurant is Frenchie's. No, it is not a French restaurant....it is Italian. Long story behind that. Frenchie's (Nasa Road One)is located in the bay area of Houston.

Shrimp, scallops, steak, salmon:

Steak: rib eye, tenderloin, prime rib
Grilled salmon!
Our favorite italian restaurant serves us an appetizer of roasted red, yellow, orange peppers (antipasta platter) with tomatoes with mozzarella and an array of italian cold cuts, and olives. We love this antipasta plate!
