about me

I'm a super laid back gal living in Salt Lake. I live with my boyfriend of 5 years and he is the base of all my cooking since he doesn't eat meat and has the taste buds of a 5 year old! We cut meat out (mostly) about 3.5 years ago due to some of his stomach issues. We're not strict vegetarian, though I don't ever buy or cook with meat outside of some sea food. I love to cook from scratch and avoid processed and canned goods where I can. I've got a great mother who always cooked for me growing up; we remain very close and I cook for her and my sister whenever I can! I have three sugar gliders and I even cook for them! Just got a food processor for Christmas 08 and I have found MANY great uses for it, from homemade "smeat"balls, to homemade laundry detergent!

EVERYTHING except candied coconut, raw whole black olives, and mint anything.
