I hate to bake (almost as much as I hate to vacuum!), and I'll go to great lengths to avoid having to make cookies.

Favorite Foods:

I'm a big fan of one-dish casseroles and stews. I love Italian, Mexican and Chinese, but I'd rather eat Chinese take-out than attempt to make it myself. If I had a choice between meat and veges, I'd take the veges, and I'll fight you for the last brussels-sprout!
