I'm a pediatrician in the Midwest. My wife and I are from different parts of the country, so I have an eclectic group of recipes. I grew up cooking with my mom, and learned that cooking was easy (plus, you can cheat and make things that fit you perfectly!). I don't create many recipes, but tend to play with any recipe I find to make it suit my tastes. Let me know if anyone thinks up an improvement to anything I post.
I like a pretty broad range of foods. I tend to cook a lot of Asian or Asian-themed foods; in particular, I make a lot of stir-frys, because it's hard to get dinner made faster than that. I do tend to experiment a lot with my recipes, and season by taste rather than by measurement (so some of my spice amounts will be an educated guess).
