I'm a happily married working mom to a wonderful pre-schooler, Evan. Currently having a bit of baby fever. I'm a Life Coach for a non-profit agency and work with girls referred from child protection, probation, or mental health services. I love my job!

Favorite Foods:

I love recipes that are quick and easy on the budget.
I feel like I have a good reputation for bringing delicious dishes to gatherings and sometimes the pressure to keep that up is intesnse! Two of my most requested items are my Cheesespread and Broccoli-Salad(they are posted in my recipes - check them out!)

Favorite Restaurants: Trojan Horse (local greek), Aver's (local pizza).

I don't eat red meat But will sometimes eat poultry and seafood if I don't have to prepare it! (yuk)

I'm a fan of crockpot cooking and easy to prepare meals! I love to try new recipes!
