I have always loved to cook and try new recipes. I am a kindergarten teacher, but will be retiring at the end of the 2006-2007 year. I love having people over for special occasions and just to have supper with us. I have been married 35 years and have 3 daughters. We have 4 grandchildren and we love spending time with them in Lexington.
I began making the rolls and noodles for our family Thanksgiving dinner when my grandmother passed away. I can remember her telling me that to make noodles that she used her blue bowl and put flour in it. She used 3 egg yolks, 1 egg, salt, and a shell full of cream. I wasn't comfortable using no measurements so I found a recipe in a cookbook. I have made many kinds of rolls over the years, but now I use the bread machine to make my dough. My whole family thinks that I make the greatest rolls and I keep telling them that it is the bread machine.
