I live in Australia but am originally from NY. I have a husband, a 3 year old son & a baby girl to make delicious, healthy meals and snacks for. I am a stay at home mom and am always looking for fun, easy recipes. Low Fat is optional! The yummier the better. I love casseroles, curries and stir frys as they keep great in the fridge and freezer and my husband can take them to work the next day for lunch! I try to use my Crock Pot often as it is so handy. Thanks for posting your recipes — it is great!

I have been most interested in the deserts available on Recipezaar lately! There are so many great ideas - especailly for the kids.

Favorite Foods:

Cooking is such a pleasure and I really enjoy getting into the kitchen and immersing myself into new recipes. I am probably most "famous" for my homemade ice-cream and chocolate chip cookies. Both are just too easy and everybody loves 'em.
