I live in Australia but am originally from NY. I have a husband, a 4 year old son & a 2 year old daughter to make delicious, healthy meals and snacks for. I am a stay at home mom and am always looking for fun, easy recipes.

I love Recipezaar and have been a faithful surfer for several years now. My favourite part are the reviews. I almost always follow the suggestions and place a great amount of importance on the reviewers outcomes. I rarely use a recipe that hasn't been reviewed at least a few times...

I have been most interested in the deserts available on Recipezaar lately! There are so many great ideas - especially for the kids.

I have just started to allow my son to help me in the kitchen. This requires a fair amount of patience and planning but the rewards are great. He is eating better and is trying things before he would never even look at! I love watching him learn about cooking and his enthusiasm is contagious!!

Favorite Foods:

Cooking is such a pleasure and I really enjoy getting into the kitchen and immersing myself into new recipes. I am probably most "famous" for my homemade ice-cream and chocolate chip cookies. Both are just too easy and everybody loves 'em.
