I like cooking and eating - more specifically I enjoy:
(a) cooking for extreme numbers - either for 2 or 20 people
(b) using in-season ingredients, and
(c) being creative with leftover meals and/or ingredients, making sure nothing in my fridge goes to waste (and is ideally transformed into something even tastier!)
