My home is Indiana. I am a retired teacher of first grade. I love cooking, collecting recipes and cookbooks. I love painting, usually still life and nature. My favorite media is oils or pastels. I love to swim and work out on the elliptical. I have3 3 wonderful grandchildren.

Favorite Foods:

I love trying different recipes. My family loves my fried chicken, Chicken Mole, and homemade pie crusts best of all. My favorite restaurant is this little Chinese place called Yen Ching's. They have the best Hot Sour soup ever!
