I'm a country girl, born and raised in North Carolina. I haven't had the pleasure of visiting all around the world, but at least it's nice to try some of their cuisine I'd love to travel to all the places with the fantastic dishes and enlightening cultural differences, maybe one day. I have a passion for music, poetry and of course COOKING!!!

Favorite Foods:

I love making all the things my parents used to make for me, for my family. I've been known to throw in a few new things too. Some amazing and completely my idea, others ..amazing, but not. Still, others that weren't so amazing (recipes and otherwise). I suppose we all have our culinary flops in the kitchen The dog never seems to mind! Haha I'm particularly fond of my natural southern cooking, but I love Italian, Chinese, Mexican, and I'm absolutely CRAZY about seafood (with some exceptions.) Also a part of growing up on the North Carolina coast, I suppose. We all have our nostalgic weak points.
