about me

Hi I am a single parent, so I have to be creatative in preparing my meals, my son is very picky, but he is in sports so he will tolorate most things I cook. I use taste of home magazine alot, but find myself looking at cookbooks from Europe like the old time recipes. I love food and try new things all the time. I hate the same old standbys.

Favorite Foods:

I like working with beef and pork roasts, and along with them potatoes. Each time we have a family get together, I try to get the potatoe dish. I don't go to restaurants very much so I really have no favorite in that department, I guess my home is my favorite restaurant. Sorry I have no web site.
