about me

I left corporate world to live my dream of owning a bed and breakfast in St. Augustine, FL in 2000. At the B&B, I honed my breakfast dishes and baked goods, and developed a custom wedding business. This allowed me to cook for small intimate weddings of 25 or less people. We had guests from all over the US and the world so I learned all kinds of new dishes to meet their needs.

We sold the B&B in 2004 and now my husband Marshall and I live in a little beach community called Vilano Beach in Northeast FL.

I love gardening, decorating, traveling, fishing and most of all cooking. My future goal is to have a show on the Food Network! But most of all, I love our grand daughter Ali whose picture I am using as my photo. She is a bundle of love.

Favorite Foods:

Anything with pasta! Chocolate everything. I enjoy putting together beer and food pairing menus for friends.
