I am 30 years old and the mother of a 10 year old and another 1yr. old. I have been cooking since I was 12 years old and I love creating stuff. My family and friends tease me alot when I tell them the ingredients that I use to get a certain flavor, but they still eat what I have prepared. I work part-time as a security officer. I don't have a favorite cookbook; however, I do enjoy the recipe's that I get in my Kraft magazine for the family. My greatest passion is helping others and doing the will of God. My pet peeve, would have to be deceitful people.
Seafood or Chicken Gumbo; Crawfish Ettoufe'(think that's the spelling); Crawfish (all cooked seafoods so far); Chinese/Vietnamese cuisine; All veggies.
