about me

I live in a wonderful paradise called Ashland in Southern Oregon. We have amazing grocers here, as well as a Growers Market that provides fresh, seasonal, organic veggies. I grow as much as I can from our garden, and eat it too! If it's too much for us, we share with friends! I have an adorable old man of a dog who thinks he's a puppy and a cat killer. I LOVE food and what it does to me and the people around me. I think I love the making of as much as the final product. There's nothing I love more than chopping veggies, drinking wine and chatting it up with good girlfriends. I never follow a recipe very closely, it's a framework! Flavors don't scare me...neither does spice! I will always try something new and seemingly odd, so bring it on!
