Proud Veteran's wife

about me

I'm a proud Veteran's wife. My husband is a returned soldier from Iraq, who might go back. He serves in the Idaho National Guard. He also works as a photographer on base. I have 2 beautiful children (A 7 year old boy and a 15 month old girl). I am a stay at home mother right now. In my spare time I LOVE to SHOP!! I like the idea of scrapbooking, I even have all of the supplies. I never seem to do any scrapbooking though. So maybe that's a person I wish I was. I love to cook, and spend time with my family.

I love food!! I can find something good to eat wherever I go. I love to try new foods as well. Unfortunately sometimes they don't turn out so well. I like that this site offers reviews. I will be more likely to try something if others have recommended it. I'm trying to lose weight, I'm not over weight but wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds. So, I'm on the hunt for some good healthy recipes. I have a sweet tooth though, and do love comfort food. So, we will see how the weight loss thing goes. Chocolate is my weakness! I would give my family up for some good chocolate!! Just kidding but I really do love chocolate a lot!!
