about me

I live about an hour west from St. Louis out in the country. I love it here it's so peaceful and serene. I tend to spend most of my free time reading, watching movies or tv.

I like to watch Food Network shows too, mostly Paula Deen, Sandra Lee and many others.

I love cooking for family and friends. I'm always asked to bring a dish to a potluck or family dinner. My specialty is baking and making desserts.

Recently, I've been looking for recipies for homemade remedies and soaps, and also homemade gifts in a jar to give as presents. I've never tried doing anything like that and I think it would be fun and interesting to do.
