I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks tend to be "community" or regional cookbooks. Whenever we travel I like buying a regional cookbook and trying different things when I get home.

Favorite Foods:

I am originally form the New England area but have lived all over the country so I like making some traditional New England type of dishes with some Southwestern flavor thrown in.
