I'm Jessica and in my spare time I like to cook for my family, friends, and pets. Yes, you heard me Pets. I have two horses Sport a 4 year old chestnut quarterhorse, and Misty a 1 1/2 year old chestnut quarterhorse. I like to ride Sport in my spare time also and I am in the process of training Misty. I like to cook various chicken meals for my family and Italian foods, even though I'm not Italian. I also like making southern style country food and not all that fried junk.
