Hi there! Brief bio of the most blessed woman on the planet: I am 44, married to an amazing man, mother of one daughter (she's 8), one stepson (he's 11), and one stepdaughter (she's 7). I teach middle school English/Language Arts at the "behavior" campus in our school district, and dream about being able just to stay at home and cook all day! I've been using Zaar for a few years, but am just now getting around to posting/reviewing recipes.

Favorite Foods:

Being a native Texan, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Mexican food--the hotter the better! And I'd give up chocolate before I'd give up cheese--ANY kind of cheese. Am trying to cook a bit healthier, and that's really spoiling all my fun.....
