about me

I was a dietician born in South Wales. I live right on the edge of Africa! I have written 4 personal cookbooks (and sold them all!) all concerned with weight loss!! I am an accomplished chef! I now spend most of my time playing golf and trying to stay healthy. My favourite cookbook of all time was one written by Robert Carrier many years ago, sadly this was lost during my move from Kenya. My pet dislike is whingeing people who do nothing to help themselves.

Favorite Foods:

I love doing dinner party cooking and am willing to spend three days making the many courses. My friends all love my pavlova and curries. My favourite restaurant is usually a fish restaurant. I love cooking anything new and rarely repeat recipes.
