I'm also known as Kimberly... My current nickname was given to me by my sweet friend, Poker, because I do a lot of troop support...our troop support group here in Houston had our 2nd annual Show Some Love Valentine's care package drive a couple of years ago in February and it was a huge success!

I'm not on Weight Watchers (although I love to post in the WW thread!), but I have been on a lifestyle change (I refuse to call it a "diet") since October 2007 and have lost almost 60 lbs so far! I still have a ways to go, but I will do this! I love the healthier recipes on here...they really help in feeding my husband and step-son healthy food that tastes great!

I LOVE kitties, especially my two at home, Sadie and Gage. But I'm also a big Harry Potter fan, a Twihard, a Dallas Cowboys and Boston Red Sox fan, and I am a huge bibliophile! And obviously I love to support our deployed troops...they sacrifice so much for us, that sending a small care package or a book is just a small way I can tell them thank you and let them know how much they are appreciated!

I don't get on here as much as I'd like, but it's still my favorite place for recipes!
