I am new to the world of cheffin'. I have little cooking experience beyond the basics. Despite my lack of skills, I desire to stretch and grow in the gourmet arena. Eating food is a passion for me. I'm starting to think cooking food should also be a passion. With that in mind I have come to the Zaar looking to soak up the culinary genius that calls this site home.

My wife's. Along with that I love barbecue, beef of all kind, chicken, fish, mexican, italian, sports greats, grandma's cookin', and good food in general.
