I love Italian foods, especially homemade. My favorite dish is eggplant parmasagna,my family loves it even the kids,and someday I'll find the time to post my recipe for it. My favorite restaurant is Cavalo's, and if you are ever in New Hartford, NY I highly reccomend you try it.
