about me

I like to cook, but due to an accident eight years ago, I can not taste what I cook. I eat something new each week. I can distinguish sweet, sour, bitter and salty, but am unable to tell flavors of things. I am a good cook though. Others say so.
I have a favorite cookbook from Charleston, South Carolina, having lived there quite a while.
My passions include,,,,,,,,,living each day fully, loving my family and friends, my new kitten Lucy.

Favorite Foods:

Mango, ice cream, I love to bake pies. One of my favorites is a Cholate Chess Pie and Pineapple Nut Pie.
