I have been transplanted from Calgary, Alberta to Joshua, Texas. I spent the first 20 years of my life in Canada, and the next seven in Texas. So, that basically means that I am after all of the recipes for nanaimo bars, perogies, and then tortilla soup and Texas caviar. The best of both worlds!
Anything...I HATE processed foods and my friends still seem to be amazed that I make things from scratch. Ugh...I cringe at how may of their prized kitchen appliances are a can opener. Yuck, yuck, yuck! I especially like mexican, canadian and ukranians food.
