about me

I love to cook and create different meals. Cooking in many different restaurants over my life time has given me a variety of experiences. My family has owned their own restaurants and I have my self. I really like trying something new, and I am not beyond trying something that may be over my head, at first.

I would love to have my own cooking show on Food TV. It would be a survival cooking show that is directed towards College students that need to know how to cook to survive, not just how to order “take out”, or “fast food”.
