I'm a single mom of a teenage son. We live at the beach and have alot of fun together. I love animals and have two cats.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is anything Mexican. I was born in southern California and remember eating taquitos, enchilada pie, etc. as a young child. It just stuck with me. I also love sweets- a little too much!
When cooking, I prefer to use turkey or "fake" meat as opposed to ground beef. It's healthier and the cows are happier!
