My husband and I have lived in Tampa for 44 years. Both were born in Cleveland, Ohio. We have 3 children, 8 Grandchildren and 3 Great-grands.
We love to travel and have been all the States except Alaska, all of Mexico and each country in Central and South America. Have also been in almost all the European countries and many considered Asian. We love Florida but in summer head into various Provinces of Canada to get away from the heat. That doesn't always work, Canada can also be hot in summer.
Our travels have made us appreciate many ethnic foods and I have enjoyed using "Zaar" to hunt out recipes from different regions of the world.
Can't say we have a favorite food, but all forms of Asian rate high.
I do make a mean Fish Chowder. Many years ago, my husband and his Law partner decided to have Oyster Roasts to entertain fellow attorneys, etc. Eventhough he is now retired, the office still holds them and my Fish Chowder is always on the menu. I haven't posted that recipe because it serves about 150 and it also changes according to what seafood is available.
