I'm a single working mother of 2 children.

I spend a lot of time in the kitchen ( well as often as I can ) experimenting, but also teaching my kids how to do basic things for themselves, they love to experiment almost as much as I do.

I work full time in an outdoor educational centre, where we run motivation and development camps for the schools in our local area. It's a lot of fun, though sometimes the camps never come to an end quick enough.

I am a big fan of middle eastern cuisine, as well as greek, spanish and italian, but am always on the look out for new and interesting things to try
