about me

I am a homemaker and mother of 3 wonderful girls. I have always loved cooking (and eating). My maternal grandmother was a fabulous cook. She made the best biscuits I have ever tasted hopefully I am following in her foot steps. I am trying to branch out and add more variety to the dishes I make for my family. My children are very picky eaters so cooking for the family can be a challenge.

Favorite Foods:

I love southern food!!! I could live on vegetables and cornbread. I like a wide variety of foods though: Greek, Indian, Mexican and Italian. I am not big on pasta dishes. Lately I have been trying to cook withouth the aid of "Cream of" soups.
