about me

I love to cook and try new recipes.I have many cookbooks, one of my favorite is "Doña Lola¨, a classic argentina food book. I do also like "Crandon" , Crandon was an Uruguayan school of cooking, which has some similar recipes, but with the taste of Uruguay.

I love to work in the garden, always looking for the perfect plant.

Favorite Foods:

Asado (Barbecue), Salads, chocolate cakes, and many more, chinese rice.One of the things i do best is Lasagna.
I dont think right know have a favorite restaurant, it depends with whom im going.
A usual place to get together with my friends is a nieghborhood bistrot, named, Violeta. you can have breakfast, lunch, just a coffee tea, or dinner, its a excelent get together place.
