I am enjoying retirement in Mexico after living all of my life in Canada. What a treat!! Of course I don't cook any mexican dishes because the local ladies would outshine me without even trying!!! I love to cook and am always eager to try new recipes. Hope I can find many many more on this wonderful site.........

Italian, German, Chinese, Thai........oh Lord, if only I didn't simply LOVE them all.....lol
