I am a vegetarian and I love to cook. I have been trying to incorporate whole wheat into my baked goods and have been eating much healthier foods. I am in Telecommunications in sales. I really don't have a favorite cookbook, I mainly try different recipes out on the internet.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are pancakes, smoothies, fresh fruits and salads. My favorite restaurant is Panda Veg, all vegan dishes made with mock meats. I am most famous for my trifles and chocolate chip cookies. I love to make pizza, it is so fun to make and you can put different toppings on it.
