Favorite Foods:

I love Chinese, especially crispy aromatic duck pancakes. Love recipes that I can get ready and put in the crock pot. I also like low calorie/low fat recipe ideas - I'm a weight watchers member and always trying (not always succeeding) to eat healthy food.
