I'm an 8th grade Language Arts teacher and I love to read books. I also spend time taking calligraphy, stamping, and bookmaking workshops. I'm not an artist, but I have lots of fun playing with paper and ink.

Favorite Foods:

When it comes to cooking, I love strong flavors like feta cheese, Greek olives and and hot salsa. I try hard to cook full-flavored low fat recipes and usually use meat products more as a condiment than a main ingredient.
