about me

A mother of two daughters in graduate school, I spend most of my time cooking, doing crafts and acrylic painting and crocheting unique hats.
My mother was raised in the South and so "family recipes " combine old southern cooking with my new interest in healthful eating.

Favorite Foods:

I love traditional recipes. My new quest is for ways to increase the fiber and nutrition of my old recipes.
I try to use as many fresh ingredients as possible, and decrease as many highly processed ingredients as I can without giving up taste.
